He was an amazing resource for my husband and I, not only with architectural design but also with choosing finishes - everything from counter tops, fixtures, tile, lighting, down to paint colors. He worked within our budget and was there for us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Tanner for another project.”

“We retained Peter Wormser for all the design and building of our property in Big Sur. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him on our family home. He showed not only creativity but a genuine desire to create a house and structures that worked for our family and blended in with the land and vernacular of the region. The house is very exposed to the elements and it has aged beautifully over the years withstanding the heaviest of winds and rains. The house is an absolute joy to live in and spend time with friends and family. The more time we spend time in our home, the more we love it.”

“I called Robert Dean quite randomly from the yellow pages. We had a pleasant conversation and he agreed to come to a property that we were going to buy. From the first moment we began our tour and talked about possibilities, Rob was full of creative ideas, guidance and incredible technical knowledge. He came to our then current home and got a sense of how we used and occupied our space. The drawing stages were opportunities to react to plans and collaborate on new ideas that sprouted from our reviews on the work site. Throughout the process, both he and his incredibly talented project matter kept things moving. They were available for assistance in our purchasing and made wise choices for us when we were stumped. We ran into some surprises which Rob quickly and brilliantly solved and the project kept moving. The project was completed on time and with results that surpassed our original hopes. If I ever do another complete remodeling, I would not consider doing it without Rob and his project manager.”

“Designed our dream house on the Sound in Rye. There command of architectural details is absolute precision and they really are able to listen to what their clients want and to deliver it in the most creative way possible. I wanted our home have elements of Arts and Crafts, Frank L. Wright and yet not be too stark. The firm is excellent with paying attention to detail and building a big house means many, many details. Highly recommend this firm for luxury homes........”
