John was easy to work with and implemented our requirements effectively while keeping the design refined and contemporary. The end result was a magnificent bright home with plenty of subtle architectural detailing that would not have been achieved without John's advice. “VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “EV Archtects were great to work with. They came with range of great ideas on how to use our space and they helped us resolve any issue with cost effective solutions. The best part was the 3D visuals which helped us to make key decisions with confidence. We had three options for the location of the stairway down to the new basement. It was a clear choice when using the visuals and we knew the right decision had been made. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Whilst project co-ordinating a refurbishment, I recommended Tom's practice Wellstudio architecture to my interior design studio's clients, a young creative family who were interested in undertaking an extension on their four story East London townhouse during the full scale renovation of their property. As the clients are lovers of art, we were keen to create a unique art led structure that was a little different, even unorthodox. The result was an origami inspired copper clad extension and garden canopy that's visual simplicity belies its technical complexity. This is where Tom really displayed his excellence as an architect, as he has both the artistic vision and collaborative character to flesh out conceptual forms that are genuinely original, but crucially, he also has the communication skills and technical rigour to bring it all to fruition with professionalism and diligence. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom for clients looking for an architect who can create something highly personalised to their needs and aesthetic.”
