“Paul isn't just an architect. He's an artist who uses architecture as his medium. In 2010, we engaged him to help us design and build our dream home that we now call Cabins in the Woods. He knew all about how to integrate materials to create a home that would be low maintenance for us as we age. Paul paid attention to every detail and he truly integrated our home with the wooded setting surrounding it. We LOVE every day that we get to live in this beautiful place. Thank you so much, Paul, for listening so well and for being so meticulous with your craft.”

“Mike Shrader, owner of Palladian Home Designs is an incredibly skilled architect who can handle creating an original home design for a client or work on modifying an existing plan to suit the buyer. His attention to detail and his willingness to be flexible are two qualities that I found to be extremely enjoyable while working with him on my home design. Mike took a set of near-finished blueprints and brought them up to speed while making changes that helped our home become a better place long-term and provided us a set of full blueprints that could be used by any builder of our choice. When the house was half-finished, Mike drove three hours to be on site and did a walk-through to help us with further modifications and had many suggestions and answered many questions to make sure the house was structurally sound in spite of our changes. That's a true professional who cares about his clients..”

“Barre & Jane at Springpoint just did the plans for the complete remodel of our house. By far the biggest project like this my wife and i have been involved in, and they have made it such a good experience. Everything from solutions to removing walls, creating new rooms, working around structural issues, to helping us pick out tile, kitchen cabinets and layout, and sq ft. management in tricky bathroom & laundry room areas. My wife and i are in our mid 30's, and have had no experience in these areas, and they could not have made it easier for us, and absolutely love what they came up with.”

“I had been doing a ton of research on different house plans that would properly fit the lot I own and the capture the available views when I came across a plan of Brian's. I contacted Brian at Young Architecture and let him know that I was interested in his plan and that I need to make some modifications. He quickly responded and let me know that this would not be a problem. We worked together over many months to modify the plans to suit my needs and he was very quick to make the changes and get them back to me to review. I would recommend Brian to anyone interested in building a home that does not want to spend a ton in architectural fees.”
