“Our grade two listed 400 year old cottage is situated in as sensitive conservation area. There were many challenges, not least, ensuring our neighbours were happy with the end result. David's expertise in all aspects is outstanding. The planning officer considered the finished product to be one of the best and most harmonious relationships and our parish council, believes our cottage to be the showcase of the village. The brief was to be sympathetic to the age and area, but contemporary and fundamentally our home. David took our brief and enhanced -by discussion- virtually every aspect of the design and build. This was a big, complex project lasting nine months. Four years on, we wouldn't change any detail. We would be delighted to speak or indeeed show our beautiful cottage to any prospective client. Additionally, David is a delight to work with and a major part of the success was due to David's calm, diligent and professional manner throughout.”

“I have used imby3 as architects and designers for a large rear garden revamp which included an entertainment area, photographic studio and complete landscaping (hard and soft). I am now engaged with them to remodel the top floor of our house and add a first floor extension of ~60 sqm. I have been dealing with Nick Taylor as my main contact and I found that he is really meticulous in his questioning and qualification of how we live and how we want to use our space to ensure it fits our lifestyle - whilst at the same time ensuring that our investment brings charm, character and value to the property. I uploaded photos onto houzz showing the final product of the design that imby3 did for me. Needless to say that I am happy to recommend imby3.”

“NineTen Architects were excellent from start to finish on our project - a loft conversion to a bungalow, adding master bedroom with glazed end wall, ensuite bathroom and dressing area. There were also modifications to the Ground Floor, removing a wall and (obviously) adding a staircase. Jeremy and James visited us and talked through the potential of the space, helping us to understand what was and wasn't possible, down to the details and materials. NineTen were very good at communicating and sent us a number of sets of drawings for comment, taking on board our requests at each stage and revising the drawings all the way up to a detailed set suitable for the builder to use for construction. Overall, completely satisfied and happy with the service we got from NineTen Architects and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Doug is fantastic. I highly recommend. His attention to detail is fantastic and had lots of great ideas on how to improve the project. Having taken the project on after we discarded our previous architects, he came in and made many crucial improvements to the project. Then managed the project through to completion really well, liaising with builder and client very effectively and professionally. He has a real passion for what he does and that comes through. We are extremely happy with the result. I'm already thinking about the next project with him.”

“The project is large extension of the 1960s bungalow including the front, side, rear and porch and increasing ridge height to create two storey dwelling. Currently at a building stage, expected to finish in 2020. AG Architecture Studio was involved from the early stages of the project including planning permission, building regulation and ongoing architectural support during building stage. From the planning permission stage, we have been very impressed with AG Architecture Studio professional approach, sensitivity to environment and creative yet pragmatic design which have been awarded with a planning permission for a house ideally suited for our family needs (despite a history of prior planning refusals). AG Architecture Studio services were invaluable in maximising space usage and accommodating specific requests on style and functionality. AG Architecture Studio provided very specific and well thought through Building Regulations drawings advising on materials and cost and being flexible and patient with changes inflicted at various stages in order to achieve the best possible outcome. AG Architecture Studio have been providing architectural support during the building stage, their input was extremely useful in resolving inevitable issues with the contractors.
