“Home Advantage was an exceptional realty firm to work with. Jill Moylan was a true professional and took time to make sure the process of selling our home was as transparent and easy as possible. From the beginning of our time with Home Advantage and Jill Moylan, my husband and I were provided comprehensive details on the value of our property and how we could improve our home for the best sale. Jill provided networks to other professionals who could help us in our home improvements, which is very valuable when you are trying to make repairs and have to find the best professionals to do it. In addition to being provided comprehensive details and access to professional networks, Jill made sure to link our property up with the most current social media opportunities-showcasing the property beautifully. It was Jill's aim to professionally photograph the property to highlight the best of what the home had to offer, and utilize virtual tour technology to give the photos one more dimension for social media. Jill gave us the sense that she was as committed to selling our home as if it were her own home, and that type of personal service is not as common as one might think. “BiilieAnn was our realtor when we were searching for a home. This was not an easy task since we were not looking for your average home. We made specific requests such as acreage, brick exterior, 2 car garage, etc. Also we don't want an HOA but we do want the restrictions. She knew exactly what we were describing and immediately began searching for our home. After viewing a few homes we finally find the one we were ready to make an offer. BillieAnn carefully walked us through the offer process, explaining all the details. Much to our disappointment our offer was not accepted and the seller countered at full price. At that point BiilieAnn suggested that we buy some land and build a custom home. So the search for land began. Once deciding on the property to make an offer, she carefully guided us through the process of purchasing a home site leaving no stone unturned. She stood by us during the negotiations and advised us as the seller was having difficulties with the sale on their side. BillieAnn was with us all the way until closing. Her knowledge of real estate is such a true asset.”
