“My wife and I have moved six times in our lives. We have dealt with some very good Realtors, but Candace and Keith are by far the best we've ever had the pleasure to have worked with. They are both extremely knowledgeable of the market and were able to steer us in a direction that needed up meeting us $100,000 more than we initially thought we could get. Candace's attention to detail, ability to recommend upgrades without breaking the bank -- i.e. identifying what should be done to sell the house, vs. spending money needlessly on non- essential items -- and network of repair and design professionals made us feel extremely comfortable during what can be a stressful progress. In addition, her marketing techniques, which included staging, professional photos (including from a drone!), ad placements, etc., really put our house air the top of the list. Her husband Keith is also a secret weapon -- he and his team go through the inside and outside of the house and make the repairs that are needed -- and that an inspector would call out. He provides his services as part of their offering for up to 50 hours, which saved us thousands of dollars if we had gone to a third party contractor/repair person. They took care of all of the inspections up front and did a proactive inspection so that the entire deal was "clean" for prospective buyers. Last bu not least, 10 days before closing, we had a major water issue when our washer leaked water all over the wood floors and under the house. They both jumped on it immediately and organized a team to take care of all of the damage, including drying the floors, replacing wet insulation and removing standing water under the house, preparing the food floors, etc. We were able to close and the buyers were very satisfied with the condition of the home. I cannot stress what a great job the Nordstroms did for us from beginning to end.”

“We were looking for help with selling our Inner Mission condominium in San Francisco. After many phone interviews with various real estate agents we ended up interviewing 3 real estate agents face to face. We picked Dirk not because he was the slickest salesperson -but rather he is polished, genuine and smart. We were floored that he had gone to MIT and Kellogg. It was the first agent that we felt was someone we could relate to. What this meant for us is we could tell that he had our best interest at heart. He's just that type of guy and his work as a real estate agent reflects it. The best part is that be didn't ever pressure us to take an offer and was always trying to strategically better our position, not just trying to plod along and close the sale like the average agent.
