We had a great experience working with Kyle to design our home. He is personable, professional and reliable. He listened to our ideas, made suggestions and designed the home we wanted. He is very knowledgeable about current trends and classic features. He made designing our home a comfortable experience.

Working with Kyle has been amazing! We had a two bedroom poorly designed home and wanted to open it up and add a room. Kyle immediately saw the potential, listened to our concerns and wishes and really "got us" and what kind of atmosphere we wanted to create. He had creative ideas, and small and large touches that made a big difference. Something that impressed me is that Kyle really worked to get us what we wanted but with cost and feasibility in mind; we had never done a project like this so we needed a lot of guidance. We wanted to knock a couple of walls out, and he came up with a way to do that and retain solid structure and add a nice unique touch to the rooms. He stuck with us through the whole construction and made sure we were happy up to final painting. We'd work with Kyle again in a heartbeat.

kyle assisted with a tricky front entrance design on our large log home in ann arbor. keeping with the style of the house, while incorporating a usable entrance around a new staircase was tricky, but kyle absolutely nailed it. he incorporated large glass panels, stone, and of course, wood, to tie the existing structure into the new entrance. he achieved the perfect solution.

Kyle has been terrific to work with. He was referred to us by one of our friends whom Kyle designed a house for. We had a unique opportunity to meet Kyle at their open house prior to them moving in. We were impressed by his enthusiasm and the amount thought and detail that was incorporated in their home design. We especially liked his concept of centrally locating the fireplace between the kitchen and family room. We initially had a vision for a ranch floor plan but before we even got started Kyle insisted on coming out to visit our property. He proposed a position for our house and developed a floor plan that maximized southern exposure to our main living space based on our home’s orientation. Kyle proposed a 1.5 story floor plan that was better suited for our family. His floor plan proposal actually saved us money and added much more character to our home. After providing final drawings, he continued to provide support in fielding questions from the Township and County during the permit process and was open to making minor changes that we have requested. It’s been a pleasure working with Kyle and we would highly recommend him.

We love our renovated house! We have a tri-level, and weren't sure that we could do an addition that looked good. We met with an architect that said, 'sure, no problem', he could get us some plans for the house- but the first time Kyle came to see the house, he said, "How am I going to make this look good?" and we hired him. Kyle met with us multiple times to look at the house and discuss options. He came up with different plans and ideas and tweaked things all along the way. I was so thrilled with his ability to think outside the box and create a mudroom in our home. He recommended and met with our contractors and was on-site during construction. He also came to see the finished product. Kyle was fun to work with- but the final product is amazing, and that's why you should hire him.

It was an amazing process to work with Kyle Marsh during the design evolution and construction of our master bedroom, bath and guest suite. Kyle took the time to understand us and the way we live. His final product reflected our personal taste and is an exceptional use of the space he created. Kyle Marsh made excellent renderings of our full bathroom and master suite remodel. We chose to make more of the detailed choices on our own, but he made excellent suggestions and was delightful to work with. He is a very creative individual with enough vision to take you far beyond what you can imagine. Dont be shy to reign him in, because he is ready to take you as far as you might be willing to go - and you will like the result, even if it is beyond your own dreams!
