Sha has great design ideas, good contacts within the building industry and can manage a budget to get the best value for money. If I had to renovate again, I would go to back to Anna. My husband and I engaged Anna Cottee Designs to help with the design of our new home in Strathfield. It has been a lengthy and sometimes difficult process but with Anna's expert help and professional eye, we have been able to navigate the dangerous waters of home renovation with ease, and we are so looking forward to finally putting our plans into place to create our dream home. Anna has been involved in every aspect of our home's design from layout to specifications, soft furnishings, furniture, lighting etc and has designed our bathrooms, kitchen and everything in between. Not only has she saved us time, but also a lot of money through sourcing the best prices possible through her many contacts and suppliers. she always has our budget in mind when putting our ideas into place and is a steady and guiding hand when it comes to knowing where to save and where to splurge. I engaged the services of Anna Cottee to style my home for sale in June this year. At very short notice to do our job Anna was able to draw upon her extensive collection of artwork, furniture, and accessories to deliver an outstanding result. Anna listened to my brief, and gave me many options of styling for each room. She was able to utilize a lot of my own furtniture and was very open to my thoughts and suggestions. Anna has amazing style, great contacts in the business, answered phone calls and emails promptly and has an excellent work ethic. My home looked stunning when she finished so much so I didn’t want to sell. Thanks Anna.

Anna Cottee Designs provided a consultation to to freshen up our home with the cosmetic finishes, a bathroom painting, decorations and furnishings. Anna won the job and produced a fabulous outcome. She is fun to work with, she comes up with fresh and practical ideas that keep the budget down and look great. She has a good relationship with trades people who are often difficult to pin down, and she knows how to get them to do what she wants. Together we achieved the following Bathroom revamp Bedroom redecorating Entry clean up and redecorating Living room furnishings and decorating We would certainly recommend Anna to anyone needing to restyle, redecorate and generally freshen up their home.

Anna was engaged to help us renovate our house. Take it from being a house that we raised our babies in, to one where our teenagers will live in and we will all use the available space for each of our various lifestyles. This included creating more social spaces and using our house in a smarter way. The end result is a modernised stylish redesigned Federation House, where adults have their areas as do teens. A kitchen that has been refurbished. Floors that have been changed, an excellent paint job and finished off with excellent interiors. Anna helped us with ideas / new ways of thinking, access to & management of trades and builders as well as access to suppliers of interiors that we would not have otherwise have had access to nor known of. Many friends have asked us if we would hire Anna again now that we have gone through our renovation? Our answer is categorically, 'yes' - the skills Anna brings (that have already been mentioned here) we could not have provided ourselves. Nor did we have the time to do the research to do it in parts? Additionally, Anna allowed us to 'own' the renovation and be as involved as we wanted to be. I personally appreciated this. She also asked for confirmation of budget up front, respected that there was a budget and stuck to it religiously. The value Anna adds before and throughout the whole process is tremendous ! Thank you.

Anna is definitely great to work with, she helped us to furnish the whole house with her wonderful taste to fully incorporate with some pre ordered furniture even though what we've got are not the style actually what we wanted. Not that easy to find matching pieces that works well but she did it perfectly! She always brings up the most cost effective way achieving the stylish looking as she says there are ways to save money get the same look then spend money in other area to make it stand out. She managed to change the Kitchen by only painting the vanity/cupboard to a stylish white stunning looking. After sanding then stained to a dark brown the timber floor now looking great and chic cover the type of the floor being not the same from old area to the extension area built later. Only changed the vanity doors in all 3 bath rooms to make the whole bathroom now looking modern and sleek without big makeover. Beautiful lighting selections in hallway/formal living/formal dinning they are just stunning features now. Absolutely will recommend Anna if any friend is looking for interior designer.

Anna Cottee helped us transform our 100 year old house, to be family friendly, stylish and stunning. It now has a beautiful ambiance, is a great entertainer and is immensely enjoyed by our family. Anna helped us lead the project management, supervised the contractors and helped on color and finish.

Anna was friendly, approachable and took on all of my needs to work out some kitchen and bathroom renovations on a shoestring budget. Her experience and eye for detail resulted in a marked improvement. She recommended professional and high quality tradespeople and helped me cost materials and labour. The result is an appraisal $80000 more than what I bought my unit for!! I couldn't have done it without her and would not hesitate to recommend Anna's services to anyone interested in styling and renovating their property!
