We like how the backslash of the shower wall has a blend of solid (bottom) and textured blue tiles (top) for ease of cleaning. Contrasting with large white tiles on the other walls keep the space light and bright. We also like the built in bench for sitting in the shower and the water drainage slab instead of the traditional draining hole. A recessed wall for shampoo and body soaps is a nice addition.
Love the color scheme (neutral monochromatic but not boring), white quartz counter top for contrast, golden/brass faucets and wall mounted pot filler, all the way to the ceiling cabinets, range hood hidden inside the cabinetry/wood box above the stove, Wide-plank wood flooring and wood flank ceiling panel for warmth and coziness. Trang doesn't love the glass front cabinets as they will show clutter inside. She also likes drawers for the lower cabinets.
Love the two-tone color of cabinets which adds visual contrast. The wooden range hood trim adds natural texture and rustic character without jeopardizing the modern feel. Light stone backsplash with subtle pattern/texture adds depth without being too busy. Arched doorway, rounded corner countertop and oversized dome pendant light add charms to the linear cabinetries and island.
We like this bright neutral tone family room with a subtle hint of color and the flow between this room with the outside patio. The clean linear beams ceiling doesn't make the space feel heavy or overwhelming. Depending on the ceiling height, we would also prefer the beams to be finished in brighter color to maintain an airy and cohesive look
