Counters and shimmery backsplash behind cooktop; nice and clean
Sink - I think I prefer a stainless cut into the counter vs. a farmsink - farmsink just seems chunky and clunky???

I'd like some interesting tile behind the stove - it will be focal point for those seated at the banquette. Not like this - just the idea.
Island shape; simple shaker; good storage
Simple, clean. love the wood open shelving -perhaps for laundry room or between the fridge and stove (if we don't have upper cabinet there)
I kind like the nook at the end of the island for bigger bowls, etc.? Wine bottle storage? cookbooks? Do I even use cookbooks anymore?
I like the hardware on the cupboards
