Loft Sitting Area: This is an interesting place to have a fireplace. I like the fireplace surround a lot and that it continues on the hearth. I love the raised hearth, and that it continues with the cabinets. I love the cabinets on each side; I wonder if there’s a tv behind the doors. I love the buffalo plaid armchair. I love the couch. I love the ottoman/coffee table. I’m not sure what style this is, but I like it. I like contrast of the bright white with the black. I love the natural textures of the wood and stone. And I love the warm, earthy colors.

Kitchen Sitting Area: This is in a nook off the side of the kitchen; the initial idea would be to make it into a breakfast nook, but maybe there already is one. I love the built-in bench with the tufted wall. I love the color palette: grey, light blue, white, with a hint of sand. #coastal

Hidden Bonus Room: How cool is this room?! I love the huge skylights! I love that the door to the room is a bookcase! I like the color palette: white, gray, brown, and blue. I love the shape of the couch for a tv room.
