The Net Zero Eco-House by Palm Harbor Homes
My favorite home at the recent International Builders Show was not only the smallest (399 sq. ft.) but it was a great example of how innovative factory built homes can be.
This Palm Harbor Home was in the Professional Show Village and I think we can say it stole the show - people loved the fact it was achievable, and everyone had a different idea of how they would use the home to suit their lifestyles.
The home was designed and built by the experienced Palm Harbor team - I've worked with designer Tony Lucas in the past and he has a true talent for adding beautiful details to factory built homes that set them apart from any other home in the neighborhood.

This is what really makes this home cool - this rendering by Tony Lucas - Designer for Palm Harbor Homes shows how this can be used as a house boat and set on pontoons! To find out how to get one of your own, contact: www.palmharbor.com
