Studio M
Love this vibe for bonus room. Bonus room: most important is incorporating a large lounging area to sit and watch family movies on large projector TV. Would want this room one that all can grow into. We have a Owen (12 yo), Olivia (8), and Grace (4). Storage of toys is key as well. Great if so if I had a pull out bed into it.
Love the art display.
Love the decor/vibe for bonus room. A bit more fun in color for kids hangout.
Maximize store age
Want one big open view
Need very good lighting because there is only one window and it is non-functional and on the ground. Would like to work in fooseball table if possible.
Love the art area (girls do a ton of art)
Love a little reading area like this for the girls. Adorable built in lamps. Love that they have maximize storage all the way around and underneath the day bed.
Love the built in storage
Love adding some photos (canvas prints) of the children in this space.
Fun color palate
Love the vibe/color palate and calming feel to this room
Fun chairs for the reading area vs day bed
Bonus room: Want to bring in book shelves into bonus room (the kids have a lot of books and love reading). Would be pretty to bring in reading space and smaller art/game table.
Not crazy about the light blue wall color but like the photo and flooring. Would bring in more lighting and mirrors.
Love the mirrors. Placement of the TV variable. Would want to ensure we can complete classes more so from this as the exercise machines already have a TV on them.
color of flooring
The vibe of the exercise room is very yoga inspired. Good lighting and mirrors on surrounding walls.
Leading design for the exercise flooring and feel. Want easy to work out flooring. Want studio lights. Want storage somewhere in room. Want mirrors on walls. Exercise equipment (treadmill, spin bike, elliptical, bench press, and weight rack). The treadmill and bike do have TV's on them. Would maybe consider adding an additional TV to the room for better view of work out classes (could place within a mirror or on top of a storage cabinet).
Would lean towards a round mirror
Love this look for storage in the bathroom and towel display for the sauna If we have room)
Love the softness of this look and the pattern on the floor (maybe add in the shower)
Will not have a room for tub however I love the color of this flooring against the white tub and gold fixtures.
Leading design for down stairs bathroom. I do love the gold sconces on the sides of the mirror. Do somewhat lean towards a round mirror to soften the look. Not entirely sold on the dark flooring but would be open to conversation on this.
Love this marble and/or tile in the shower
Love how soft and eloquent this is. Would like lean towards golds and soft browns to blend with sauna but I love a round mirror vs rectangle.
Wanting to go for a very soft, white, spa like bathroom to blend with the sauna
Love the glass doors leading into sauna. Would have shower adjacent pending space availability.
Would want to be able to sit and lie in this. Leaning towards having big enough to fit 3-4 adults (some sitting and some lying). Do like the pattern and color tone to this wood.
Here is the photo I was referring to in our meeting where there were glass doors leading to both shower and sauna. Would lean towards more glass to expose the beauty of the shower and sauna.
Want to create a reading nook near the window. Wanting a cozy, industrial feel with leather chairs (the leather chair I have is darker than this with more a red undertone).
bar stool idea (leather)
