If we really want to keep the outdoor shower, this is also an idea. The two showers are right next to each other, meaning we building a deck out from the bathroom and do it that way - not this big though. Then you walk into the bathroom from the pool, through the entrance to the outdoor shower. No need for separate toilet I think. Maybe half wall?
OK< I'm only showing you this for reference. This has two garage doors that can both open, giving you two directions for access and opening up the space. I thought this was really clever, but i have no idea why...THEN i thought, what if we glassed in the porch or something like that, and then you could get more space into the room and create a room, but still have it be open on one side, or two sides? Like a conservatory, but not with a glass roof. (I realized I'm making this expensive, but I want to somehow get the two spaces - the porch and the room to relate.)
