Nice layout in that it is next to the fireplace on the opposite side of the great room and access to the view. It's an interesting open plan with access to the kitchen area as well. Need a bigger table to accommodate 12-14 and a butler's pantry on the opposite side of the table separated by a wall. Need more of a Tuscan look as well.
