Tropical Garden Space
A small backyard space with brand new timber fences, features and alfresco patio, called for tropical Bali inspired greenery to compliment this East Fremantle home.
Retaining the existing formal Lilly Pilly hedge, new planting was chosen for it's leaf colour and tropical qualities, keeping to a formal plant layout to simplify the planting in this small space and to provide accents to the windows. This space will quickly fill up with an exotic Bali feel to it.
The addition of a Bali style lantern as feature by the clients, draws the eye down the existing informal pathway lined with variegated grasses to either side. This repetition of tufted grasses adds a formal element to the informal curves of the pathway.
