An exciting conversion of a former police station building, this project involved discharging planning conditions and producing design intent drawing information.
The proposal consists of 1/2/3 bedroom apartments including 5 contemporary duplex units with large terrace balconies.
We do love a good refurbishment project – they are projects which make you reminisce of a different age and appreciate the hard work that the original Architects went through to put the building together.
REFURBISHMENTS REMIND US ALSO OF OUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY IN MAKING SURE THE NEXT GENERATION IS GIVEN SOMETHING DESERVING OUT OF WHAT WE MAKE OF IT.
