This project was for a loft conversion on a semi-detached property. We converted a loft into a stunning master bedroom with an ensuite, complete with Juliet balcony and bi-fold doors.

Our client contacted us initially for an idea on price…”How much is a loft conversion?’ As there were no designs drawn up, we arranged our architect to meet for a free consultation with the client to discuss designs and explain how planning approval works. Some of the design features we incorporated included a Juliet balcony, a new roof, Velux windows and bi-fold doors. Our client was delighted to have planning and building regs approve the plans.

We undertook all structural work with the roof, existing chimney stack, new loft and balcony. All our team are fully qualified and we are CHAS accredited (health and safety standards accreditation).
The Juliet balcony is a stunning feature, and we installed full height windows to allow as much light as possible to flood into the new master bedroom but so that the view was not obscured in any way. Access to the balcony is through Bi-fold doors.
We installed a new modern ensuite bathroom, and our team took care of the plumbing, heating and electrics. Our talented joiners crafted a new oak staircase and internally we completed the project with painting and decorating.
The transformation is incredible. What was once a tired-looking semi-detached has now been transformed into a contemporary house and with the added wow factor of a beautiful master bedroom and balcony.
