Coco Design & Build Co.Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

StoneUnlimited Kitchen and Bath RemodelingDouble showers are the main feature in this expansive master bathroom. The original shower included double showers but was closed off with 2 waist height walls of tile. Taking down the walls, squaring up the design and installing a full-length glass enclosure, creates more space visually and opens up the shower to more light.
Delta fixtures in Venetian Bronze finish are installed throughout. A spacious bench was installed for added comfort and double hand showers make showering a luxurious experience. 6"x6" porcelain Barcelona Collection tiles add a design element inside the upper portion of the shower walls and in the wall niche.
Liking the look of wood but not caring for the maintenance that real wood requires, these homeowner's opted to have 8"x48" Scrapwood Wind porcelain tiles installed instead. New Waypoint vanities in Cherry Slate finish and Sienna Bordeaux Granit tops provide a rich component in the room and are accessorized with Jeffrey Alexander Regency pulls that have a delicate antique brushed satin brass design.
An added key feature in this master bathroom is a newly installed door that conveniently leads out to their beautiful back yard pool just a few steps away.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this century home we opened up the space and moved the toilet area to create a larger tiled shower. The vanity installed is Waypoint LivingSpaces 650F Cherry Java with a toilet topper cabinet. The countertop, shower curb and shower seat is Eternia Quartz in Edmonton color. A Kohler Fairfax collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucet, towel bar, towel holder, toilet paper holder, and grab bars. The toilet is Kohler Cimmarron comfort height in white. In the shower, the floor and partial shower tile is 12x12 Slaty, multi-color. On the floor is Slaty 2x2 mosaic multi-color tile. And on the partial walls is 3x12 vintage subway tile.

S Interior DesignAmazing remodel of a large bathroom stuck in the early 2000s in terms of design.
Stunning marble mosaic tile on the walls (shower back wall, tub surround walls, vanity back splash) partners with large format porcelain tile on the floors.
A bench runs across the entire back wall and is covered in the same Quartzite material that was used on the counter tops.
A free standing tub has views of the trees outside and a wall mounted television set as well.
The decorative light sconces mounted on the vanity mirrors compliment the plumbing fixture finish of burnished gold.
Paradise Tiny Homes LLCThe Soaking Tub! I love working with clients that have ideas that I have been waiting to bring to life. All of the owner requests were things I had been wanting to try in an Oasis model. The table and seating area in the circle window bump out that normally had a bar spanning the window; the round tub with the rounded tiled wall instead of a typical angled corner shower; an extended loft making a big semi circle window possible that follows the already curved roof. These were all ideas that I just loved and was happy to figure out. I love how different each unit can turn out to fit someones personality.
The Oasis model is known for its giant round window and shower bump-out as well as 3 roof sections (one of which is curved). The Oasis is built on an 8x24' trailer. We build these tiny homes on the Big Island of Hawaii and ship them throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Unfortunately, the original space was chopped up and did not flow properly, so I started with the original footprint and removed everything internally. The homeowner's requirements for the new area were a large vanity with a separate make-up vanity, steam shower, coffee station, water closet, and a built-in TV with storage.
The custom inset cabinetry combines raised and flat panel doors and drawers, and the mosaic water-jet marble tile is the focal point entering the steam shower. Gold lighting brings warmth into the space, and the two windows let natural light stream in.

Stonehenge Custom Tile and StoneThis bath remodel eliminates the old fashioned glass block shower in exchange for a contemporary free standing tub and curbless shower design. The shower walls boast a stunning book matched slab that continues into wainscot and tub surround. The floor also has a continuous design where the sea inspired wood plank tile continues all the way into the kite set shower pan.
Lewis BuildersMaster retreat features a sitting area with a fireplace, sweeping views, and a magnificent spa bath. Curbless shower with offset controls and detachable showerhead features a lit shower nook and underlit heated bench. Vanity area features separate his and her's sinks and contrasting cabinet hardware bringing a bright look and feel to the space.
Maraya Interior DesignOld World European, Country Cottage. Three separate cottages make up this secluded village over looking a private lake in an old German, English, and French stone villa style. Hand scraped arched trusses, wide width random walnut plank flooring, distressed dark stained raised panel cabinetry, and hand carved moldings make these traditional farmhouse cottage buildings look like they have been here for 100s of years. Newly built of old materials, and old traditional building methods, including arched planked doors, leathered stone counter tops, stone entry, wrought iron straps, and metal beam straps. The Lake House is the first, a Tudor style cottage with a slate roof, 2 bedrooms, view filled living room open to the dining area, all overlooking the lake. The Carriage Home fills in when the kids come home to visit, and holds the garage for the whole idyllic village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms with on suite baths, a large open kitchen, and an warm, comfortable and inviting great room. All overlooking the lake. The third structure is the Wheel House, running a real wonderful old water wheel, and features a private suite upstairs, and a work space downstairs. All homes are slightly different in materials and color, including a few with old terra cotta roofing. Project Location: Ojai, California. Project designed by Maraya Interior Design. DCI Home ImprovementsOur client came to us with very specific ideas in regards to the design of their bathroom. This design definitely raises the bar for bathrooms. They incorporated beautiful marble tile, new freestanding bathtub, custom glass shower enclosure, and beautiful wood accents on the walls.
Domistyle DesignThe client wanted a Tuscan Cowboy theme for their Master Bathroom. We used locally sourced re-claimed barn wood and Quartz countertops in a Matt finish. For the shower wood grain porcelain tile was installed vertically and we used a photograph from the client to custom edge a glass shower panel.

CSG Interior DesignThis project was a delight to work on because not only did I get to design a completely new bathroom for this client, I also got to work with his daughter who was a co-decision maker. We started with an outdated bathroom from 1972.
Although we were to stay within the original floor plan, CSG created a more open space. The room has a skylight, so that helped. We upgraded this main bathroom for the retired professor who was so pleased !
The new aesthetic brought forth a cheery and uplifting experience in the most routine things we do daily, use our bathrooms. His daughter repeatedly said "Dad is so happy", so for CSG, we couldn't ask for anything more!
