Landis Architects | BuildersFor the primary bath renovation on the second level, we slightly expanded the footprint of the bathroom by incorporating an existing closet and short hallway. The inviting new bath is black and gray with gold tile accents and now has a double sink vanity with warm wood tones.

I For StyleThe black and white patterned tiles help to ground this guest bathroom. The right-hand corner bath is space saving and simple in design. The recycled and repurposed timber vanity was a hall table but is perfect for a country look, adding warm colour and texture. There is a room underneath it for a couple of large cane baskets to store items such as towels and facecloths.

Lori Dennis, Inc.Large and modern master bathroom primary bathroom. Grey and white marble paired with warm wood flooring and door. Expansive curbless shower and freestanding tub sit on raised platform with LED light strip. Modern glass pendants and small black side table add depth to the white grey and wood bathroom. Large skylights act as modern coffered ceiling flooding the room with natural light.

Kitchen cabinets were completely refinished with new hardware installed. The black island is a great center piece to the white / gold / brown color scheme.
The hallway Guest bathroom was partially updated with new fixtures, vanity, toilet, shower door and floor tile.
that's what happens when older style white subway tile came back into fashion. They fit right in with the other updates.
Legacy Builders GroupThis Wyoming master bath felt confined with an
inefficient layout. Although the existing bathroom
was a good size, an awkwardly placed dividing
wall made it impossible for two people to be in
it at the same time.
Taking down the dividing wall made the room
feel much more open and allowed warm,
natural light to come in. To take advantage of
all that sunshine, an elegant soaking tub was
placed right by the window, along with a unique,
black subway tile and quartz tub ledge. Adding
contrast to the dark tile is a beautiful wood vanity
with ultra-convenient drawer storage. Gold
fi xtures bring warmth and luxury, and add a
perfect fi nishing touch to this spa-like retreat.
Urbana Design StudioWe created this colorful bathroom for the daughter, incorporating her favorite colors. This modern tile pattern pairs with a white oak floating vanity. The tile pattern flows up from the floor and is carried up the wall as the backsplash to create a stunning focal wall.
Eisenbrandt CompaniesNotably centered to capture all reflections, this intentionally-crafted knotty pine vanity and linen closet illuminates the space with intricate millwork and finishes. A perfect mix of metals and tiles with keen details to bring this vision to life! Custom black grid shower glass anchors the depth of the room with calacatta and arabascato marble accents. Chrome fixtures and accessories with pops of champagne bronze. Shaker-style board and batten trim wraps the walls and vanity mirror to bring warm and dimension.

MARGARITA BRAVOOur design studio fully renovated this beautiful 1980s home. We divided the large living room into dining and living areas with a shared, updated fireplace. The original formal dining room became a bright and fun family room. The kitchen got sophisticated new cabinets, colors, and an amazing quartz backsplash. In the bathroom, we added wooden cabinets and replaced the bulky tub-shower combo with a gorgeous freestanding tub and sleek black-tiled shower area. We also upgraded the den with comfortable minimalist furniture and a study table for the kids.

Bathrooms By OldhamWe were engaged to create luxurious and elegant bathrooms and powder rooms for this stunning apartment at Birchgrove. We used calacatta satin large format porcelain tiles on the floor and walls exuding elegance. Stunning oval recessed shaving cabinets and dark custom vanities provided all the storage our clients requested. Recessed towels, niches, stone baths, brushed nickel tapware, sensor lighting and heated floors emanated opulent luxury. Our client's were delighted with all their bathrooms.

Valentina FarassinoIl bagno lungo e molto stretto (solamente 108 cm) è stato completamente rivisto e ristudiato. Qui sono stati scelti il bianco e nero per creare un effetto scatola ed abbassare il soffitto che era davvero molto alto.Pavimento e rivestimento della doccia sono in gres che riprende il marmo Sahara Noir.
