Staircase Refinishing Extravaganza
These are photos of a stairway Just Add Paint refinished in Mechanicsburg, PA in 2014. The biggest challenge was dry time since our customers had small children and needed to access the 2nd level of their houzz. We ended up painting all the risers and treads on the first day, as well as prime coating the steps. Days 2 and 3 were spent painting the treads, day 1 even numbers and day 2 odd numbers. We used an additive in the paint to speed up the curing process, as well as a large fan from the shop. We had a blast on this project and are always excited to get calls to do this sort of thing.
