Sherwood 2 storey modern rear extension
The homeowners wanted a large 2 storey extension to maximise their living space with a fab new master, en suite and dressing room.
We obtaining planning for a sensitive addition to the property, that is respectiful of the existing house, but has a wow factor when viewed from the back.
We have also maximised the roof space and created a functional storage loft space access by permanent loft ladder.
The homeowners were worred about such a large extension and whether the Planners would have an issue with it's size. Howoever, we were able to convince the Planners that our design would not be bearing to the neighbours and would not affect anyone's Righ to Light or Privacy. We gained planning permission and are now looking to start construction imminently.
