Meadow New Build House
The existing bungalow was demolished to create a contemporary detached house. The Juliet balconies with floor to ceiling powder coated aluminum windows provide a lot of light. A luminaire lighting system has been designed for this home and is run through a Lutron system with all electrics.
A staple and spreader plate system for underfloor heating has been installed throughout the property. The floating staircase with timber finish matches the flooring and glass balustrade which really gives the high end finish to the interior design specification.
