How to Flip a Condo
This laundry room served two purposes. It was also a three piece bathroom. Just beyond the stackable washer and dryer, you might notice the glass door of the shower stall. The sink and toilet are tucked in just around the corner. Adding this bathroom added another $5K to the project but the alternatives were not appealing. See the before picture of the laundry room.
