Custom Stairway Artistic Finishes
The goal of this project was to develop a Versace-inspired pattern for a custom home by the Pacific. We created this with shading, drawing, perspective painting executed standing on a platform 30' from the ground.
This house has three levels: Lower or basement, main level, and top level. There is plenty of natural light through the center of the dome which is made of custom stained glass. At night, the lighting is done by wall mounted sconces.
The Client is a world-traveled, successful business man. This dome reminded him of some of the paintings he's seen in his travels.
