This renovation project was the winner of the "Best Exterior Renovation" 2010 in the RenOvation Awards (Vancouver Homebuilder's Association). This project was also nominated as one of the 5 finalists for the Georgie Awards 2009 in the renovation over $750,000 category and the top 5 finalist for the SAM Award 2009 (National Homebuilders' Association).
The home began as a 1930's tudor style that had not been updated in years. The home owner wished to capture a "West Coast Contemporary" style inside and out.
