This Private Estate located in Bethesda, MD gained a spark of new life through a unique home renovation. This home was originally very dark, which made it less inviting and sunny. There was a lack of color to the original home because of its previous dark roof and brick facade. Shrubs covered the front of the home causing a lack of sunlight from entering. This gorgeous home renovation was done by Edgemoor Custom Builders. Edgemoor Custom Builders in conjunction with Ponte Mellor Architects saw the opportunity to create a space that would include a sun-filled home helping this dark house become a sun drenched area that screams fun family living and entertainment.
