The saying goes that a kitchen is the main focal point of a home, it's a place where everyone gathers and connects, the same saying can go for a home's backyard. In the initial stages of the remodel the home owner wasn't quite sure a pool was necessary, but Sean, the owner of Regal construction advised that a pool would be nice touch. Not only did this result in an increase in value to the home, but one can see the aesthetic benefits presented to guests and the home owner.
