Award Winning Bright Contemporary Penthouse Transformation
The goal for this one bedroom penthouse apartment in NYC was to create a great open space for entertainment and bring the outdoor terrace into the mix. Our new open concept plan required taking down the dining room wall and upper soffits surrounding the dining room and living room side of the kitchen wall. It opened up the view to the terrace and allowed for an abundance of natural light. We then created a peninsula that seats four that just so happens to conceal the building plumbing within its blue hued architectural accent wall.
