Downsizing into this 1,800 square foot condo was no easy feat for these owners who spent 20+ years living in a sprawling estate. Seeking a more low maintenance lifestyle they decided to wipe the slate clean and leave their transitional style behind. The Perceptions team drew inspiration for this urban space from the homeowners attraction to a minimalist palette with clean monochromatic tones. We introduced color & texture through bright area rugs and art while highlighting the outdoor views with soft window treatments. This open space is now perfect for entertaining or just lounging around. No matter where you land you're always comfortably in the middle of everything!
