Hello! I’m trying to pick which size plantation shutters to order and I can’t decide between 3.5 or 4.5 inch louvers. Window dimensions below. All three windows are in the same room. I do like the idea of being able to see out with the 4.5 louver but I’m concerned that the 4.5 will be too large on the smaller windows. What do you think!
Size
Window 1: 71 inches width by 47 inches height
Window 2: 47 inches width by 35 inches height
Window 3: 41 inches width by 35 inches height

It's hard to comment without pics of the whole room. I have 4" on my windows but they are larger than yours 48" high by 36" wide...sometimes I wish I'd gone with 3" because I think they might not be as thick "hefty" and would let more light into the room when open. Sorry, not much help, I know.
PROOK following now! You mean inside! It does depend on what style appeals to you, how wide of a space you are looking for when "open", etc.
