Turn Key Italia started operating in 2006, as a project management company for English speaking homeowners renovating in Central Italy. In 2013, Bibi Barberi and Graziano Mancinelli took it one-step further and Turn Key Italia became a contractor specialized in renovations. In fact, after 7 years of project management by Bibi and 20 years of project design and direction of works by Graziano, we felt the need to ensure that our passion for renovation was our drive in every minute aspect of the restoration and should be directly followed by us. This was confirmed by our clients that appreciated our thinking and vision and so creating a specialized contracting company, that teamed up with the best artisans and workforces met in our previous working years, that shared our attention to client needs and respect of historic properties, was the natural outcome.
