Salvatore, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy working with Bonsai Architectural Designs. There was an issue with the head clearance in the stairwell that we revised free of charge. Thankfully this was an issue that was discovered pre construction and pre permitting. I am unaware of a second mistake as you mentioned. If there was a mistake, then we would have gladly made the revision free of charge. We delivered the final documents in September and your review is from December. I have never been contacted via phone or email and both my phone number and email address are printed on every sheet of the drawings. I always make myself available to clients if they need me, but Lori nor I have were contacted regarding this project. We always strive to please our customers and we achieve that goal in almost every instance. We did everything in our power to try and please you on this project just as we do with all of our clients. We hand delivered a set of printed plans free of charge. Lori paid for the plans to be printed and delivered them to your home over an hour away free of charge. We do offer that service for an additional charge, but we didn't charge you for this service. Your invoice stated "no changes to revised layout". We did make multiple revisions to the floor plan that you provided and did not charge for those revisions. Unfortunately we had to decline your request to add the basement design and drawings to the scope of work free of charge. I have tried calling multiple times since discovering this review. Had Lori or I been aware of your concerns 5 months ago when the plans were delivered to you, then we would have helped in any way that we could. We are always honest and fair with our clients and accept responsibility if the is an error on our end.
