What more can I say--I LOVE MY HOUSE! Brian, so kind and patient, took my floor plan drawings and professionally turned them into code compliant specs (Inspections were a breeze to get through). He also made helpful suggestions to incorporate into my plan to enhance the overall usefulness and aesthetics of the house. Alan was a very patient contractor to this first-time home builder. He has a great personality and was such a help to me in making various decisions since my husband passed away at the very beginning of the project. Alan also has a special gift of selecting the nicest tradesmen and suppliers you could hope to work with. I had several unusual projects to incorporate into my house, and Alan had the skilled carpenters on his staff as well as through his professional contacts to complete them. Jordan was a pleasure to work with to get my kitchen layout finalized and cabinets ordered. I loved visiting with her dog in the office. When Josh was onsite, he was able to calm my nerves and assure me everything would be OK and he was right. He was so helpful to explain in detail what was going on and why. Noble Knights Construction truly was a pleasure to work with to make my dream a reality. You know you have made the right decisions when the tradesmen and suppliers take photos of their handiwork and products in a custom-built home.

We would highly recommend Noble Knights to build your home. The entire team was wonderful to work with. We built during Covid lockdowns 2020/2021 and there were chain supply issues and increased costs. This was definintly not the norm, and we understood. Alan Van Why was very fair and honest. He always tried to keep us on our budget. The NKCS team was open to changes along the way and Brian Dennison who designed our house was amazing. We are around a lot of new homeowners with various builders and from what I hear in comparison we are extremely lucky to have had Noble Knights Construction Services build our dream home! No regrets!!!

We used Noble Knights to build our custom lake home. They have a awesome architect who is easy to work with. They use a construction app that works really well for communication. Alan the owner is very good to work with and always took care of any issues. If I were to build another home I would definitely ask Noble Knights to do the Job. I highly recommend Noble Knights.

Alan and his crew did an excellent job designing and building our home. They were very easy to work with on all aspects. If we had questions or concerns, they were quick to answer or address our needs. I would highly recommend them to remodel or build a house.

We asked Noble Knights to finish our basement in the house we had just purchased. They handled everything from design to construction to the finishing details. We were thrilled with the fished product! They were able to match certain aspects of the rest of the house and worked with us on a few special requests as well. We would highly recommend them. They also do new construction and they are well thought of in our community!

The Noble Knights team is a top shelf full service builder. The teams knowledge and experience was able to translate our ideas and dreams into our forever home. We have been in the house for a year, the total experience was fantastic! There is not a better building team in Eastern Tennessee.

We hired Noble Knights Construction Services, Inc. (NKCS) to finish the construction of our home which was started by another general contractor. Alan and his team did a excellent job building our new home and were wonderful to work with during the build process! I'd give him and the NKCS team a 5 star rating. If we ever decide to build another home again we will call NKCS and hire them again.

Alan and his guys did an excellent job with our kitchen renovation. They listened to what we wanted, showed complete transparency about what they were doing during the project, and made sure to follow up and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have complete confidence that we received the very best quality of work available on our project. I will hire them again in the future if I have another home project.

Our project is just at the beginning stages. Noble Knights designed a beautiful house plan for us and listened to what we wanted. So far they have been great to deal with, responsive, and customer oriented. We are looking forward to working with them over the next few months as they bring the plans they created to reality and construct our new home.

We hired Noble Knights as they had established a sound reputation in the Knoxville area. We also had the opportunity to meet with some of the staff at the local Home Show and visit two of their prior home builds which we found was beneficial. Alan's degree in Architecture and level of experience was positive and Scott was very professional, friendly and down to earth which we like. The build process was long distance for us which was a bit stressful but having built before we had a reasonable idea of what to look for during our visits and updates. Noble Knights use of Co-Construct is an excellent way to manage the build process and keep the client up to date and Noble Knights was very good at inputting the updates in a timely manner. We have been very happy with the quality of the home and Noble Knights has done a good job of working any punch list items to completion. Our only constructive criticism is there needs to be better control and mutual understanding of costing which can result in under budgeting. We also understand that there are several reasons for this based on budgeted material v client selection, unexpected site preparation and work scope issues and unknowns so this needs to be recognized as simply a potential area for improvement. Overall, as stated we are satisfied with Noble Knights and would recommend their services to others.
