Started by Bill Boyes in 1941 and sold to Art Tapley in 1946, Tapley Cabinet Works has over 60 years of experience in creating quality custom cabinetry. Melvin (Andy) Anderson started working for Art in 1946 as a cabinet apprentice and purchased the business in 1957 from his valued mentor. Mel's oldest son Norm began working in the shop when he was just 15. After receiving an Engineering degree from the University of Idaho, Norm returned home and took full ownership of the business in 1985. Norm's son Matt also started working in the family business at a young age. Matt attended the University of Idaho as well where he received a degree in Industrial Business Technology. Today, Norm and Matt work together running Tapley Cabinet Works with their 12 valued employees.
