John Mast Construction is a personable business who desires to see you happy with the end results. On a recent project the owner himself drove out of state to pick up materials since they weren't going to be on site in time to maintain cabinetry installation. Their on site team has a lot of capability not found in just any construction business.

Would Not Recommend We found the communication style among themselves, their vendors and with us very frustrating and sometimes hostile throughout the process. We experienced costly mistakes, missed deadlines, lower quality substitutions made without our approval, and the quality of workmanship needing repairs more than once. November 2018 we paid our deposit for our 1600 sf 2 bed 2 bath custom home. CoVid was not an issue with accessibility or willingness to complete the work March 2022 we dismissed John Mast Construction with unfinished work

We had them build a custom home for us with a lot of unique features and many challenges. They worked hard and efficiently to get us exactly what we wanted. We have always been happy with their service and quality of work. If anything doesn't meet our expectations they are sure to make it right quickly. I plan to keep using them for our future projects.
