“If I could give this Company 10 Stars I would do that. We put in a Dock with a boat lift. The followed and took care of every detail to the end. No need to call them to ask any questions about finishing or when they would do the work. They just showed up and did the job. I would highly recommend this company as a good work ethic and customer relationship is hard to come by in this day and age. All their work was of the highest quality, not one thing had to be redone. We asked for a couple of additional lights and they did that in a timely matter. We had an electrical problem, due to a nail through a wire and they came promptly, accessed the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Collier Dock it was a please working with you.”

“My wife and I are extremely pleased with the shower remodel job that Jorge and his team did for us. We were very fortunate to have Jorge recommended to us as we found him to be honest and professional. His team was comprised of hard workers who were friendly, dependable, and like Jorge had a great work ethic! We entertained other bids as well but we found Jorge was the only one to truly express confidence in his ability to provide the results we were looking for. We could not be happier with our new shower and would highly recommend Jorge and his Team!”

He never left a job unfinished, and made sure everything down to the Final details and features were pristine. “Upon moving into my condo I had the pleasure of having Neat as a Pin work for me. The staff was friendly, efficient, and timely. I was impressed with the attention to detail and thorough job that was done at my home. My bathrooms and oven were spotless! I would highly recommend Neat as a Pin to anyone seeking cleaning services and give this company two thumbs up for a job well done!”

“I have used this company for several years. They have power washed at different times my roof, lanai, exterior of house and driveway. They always do a nice job. I've never had a broken tile on my roof. Only one time did I have a problem with the sensor light in my front entry. I called them and they sent someone out to look at it and fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Encore Garage do floor coverings and garage cabinets. We had them coat a 400 sf garage last week and the results was fantastic. We quoted 3 companies for the job and were very excited with this company as not only did they describe the process completely and answer all our questions, but they also had a list of all their completed jobs with them, so we were able to actually go and see another residents garage in our complex that they had completed 6 months before. The sample square they gave us matched exactly the neighbors actual floor, and after ours was complete, it also matched the sample precisely (we had both chosen the Sedona color)! From start to finish (quote to end product) everything was performed in an extremely professional and courteous manner. It was a two day process - grinding and epoxy/chips one day, top coat the next day with an eye for detail and cleanup. It is nice dealing with a local company and this one has been around for a long time and I have no doubt they would be there if we needed them again!”
