“Residential tinting application acts as a heat barrier, deflects direct sunlight and preserves the house's interior, furniture and belongings. Shane sold me the best 3M product that effectively blocks up to 99% of ultraviolet light (i.e. the bad kind). This ensured that the ultraviolet light emitting from the sliding panels would not cause fading of my porcelain tile. Additionally, the heat reduction was immediately noticeable, adding to the goal of keeping energy costs low. Shane's professional installation was of both quality craftsmanship and timely application. His suggested residential window tint, increased the attractiveness of my home matching the décor and the reflective quality on the windows gives the house a sleek, luxurious look during both the day and evening times.”

“Since the review apps will not allow multiple reviews for multiple separate appointments, We hired AZ Grout/Mike for shower caulking removal and replacement; and 3 other jobs including to clean and restore tile and grout - kitchen and bathrooms; another appointment for main living and hallways; another appointment for grout removal and replacement. All 4 separate appointments = 5*****. Very happy customer.”

“Impeccable work. The owner helped with the designs and use of the stone to accent my home. We also added architectural precast columns and detailed, arched, window surrounds that looked like limestone. A cantera stone water fountain is now in our court yard and everything was completed on time within the budget established at the beginning.”

“We met a rep from US Air at the home show, and agreed to a free ac check. We knew something wasn't right with our ac, but we were very reluctant to select a company from the home show after a bad past experience. The US Air rep that came to our house was friendly, honest, professional, and helpful. They had a special no-interest financing offer and agreed to price match any competitor even after the sale, so we purchased a Trane unit that same day. There was no pressure and he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Because we were without working air and temps were rising, they installed just a couple days later! We were very impressed, and we love our new ac unit. It works wonders and our electric bill was cheaper the very next month. It came with a wifi thermostat and 3 year free service and warranty through US Air, and the price couldn't be beat. Very satisfied!”
