“Gotcha Covered offers excellent customer service and quality products. We chose this company to install California shutters in our home based on their on line reviews. It was a pleasure working with Mike, he was knowledgeable and professional. The installers were also professional, they called ahead to confirm arrival time, called back when they were within 20 minutes of arrival time and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. They also inspected each shutter after they were finished. Mike even returned to repair a few of our existing, older shutters for us. We appreciated the after sales communication to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We plan to order another set of shutters from G.C in the new year. We would highly recommend Gotcha Covered!
