“Patrice Caraty was Foreman overseeing a major rebuild and extension of our Bondi Junction house from January-April 2019. Throughout the project we were impressed with the way Patrice communicated with us and facilitated access to the site. Patrice has a calm and agreeable manner. He has excellent communication skills and developed good relationships with both our Architect and neighbours. At each stage of the project we were kept informed of the work completed, and given timely notice of any decisions that needed to be made in relation to upcoming work. Patrice approaches his work with a professional attitude and a desire to complete all tasks to a high standard. It appeared to us that he was held in high regard by all the tradesmen working at our house. His attention to detail, particularly during the final weeks of our project, was greatly appreciated.No request we made was too difficult for Patrice. Wideline also installed our windows in difficult circumstances and nothing was a problem for them. Of course, like every build, not everything ran smoothly, (after-all it was a renovation in an offshore community - no vehicles, everything had to be barged in) however to their credit they handled it quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
