“The Billington Partnership offers a very personalised service with Richard Billington being a very professional, polite and knowledgeable face of the company. Our project required a modern gas fire to be installed into a self build house. The company worked very well with the main contractor and its subcontractors to achieve a result that we were very happy with. Since the installation took place (over 4 years ago), the company has been very helpful in resolving minor maintenance issues in a very prompt manner. We would give this company top marks in all aspects of our interaction with it- pre sales advice, installation and commissioning and after sales service.”

“We had a Metro 100XT/3 with a Limestone Shelf installed in our home in late 2016. We absolutely adore the fire and are forever complimented on how beautiful it is by visitors. It has added so much to our living room – from the sleek design to the realistic fire logs… it really is everything we could have asked for. Not only do we love the fire but I just want to highlight how incredible the staff at platonic are. The customer service we received was of the highest standard – it is always nice to deal with a company that care so much about their work. From the first site visit all the way through to the installation, the process was flawless and everyone we dealt with was helpful and a pleasure. We can’t thank you enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!”

“My wife bought me a fire pit for Xmas and after a lot of research I chose Magmafirepits as they offered an impressive range of materials, sizes and a bespoke service if required. I eventually chose a very large stainless steel fire pit. The communication and order fulfilment by Andy Webb was excellent. The fire pit has been put to good use in my large garden and consumes prodigious amounts of garden debris.”

“We live in an apartment and are unable to have an open fire, which is something I have always wanted. So, when I discovered biofires, I was really excited - I could have real flames warming the flat and creating a cosy atmosphere! The fire is gorgeous and much admired by anyone who visits. It heats up our large kitchen despite the fact we have 12ft-high ceilings and it creates a lovely focal point. I would recommend getting the logs and the ember things, as that finishes it off beautifully and the embers make a lovely glow. The company were really good and very quick to send a replacement piece of glass when one panel was broken in transit. The lady I dealt with was really pleasant and helpful. All in all, a very good experience and a great product.”

“Brilliant service, professional throughout. We are over the moon with our Gazco fire it really does add a fabulous feature to our newly extended living room. Installation was seamless and ordering over the phone was great even when our item was out of stock everything was done to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend Kelvin Fireplaces enough if your thinking of ordering a fire don't hesitate to talk to Martin or Debbie!”
