My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed. We had a couple of supply issues, Simon dealt with these with no hesitation, you could tell providing excellent customer service is what Zara Kitchen Design strives for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zara Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen, customer service is great and the installation process is the best I've ever experienced (Matt was just exemplary in his approach to installation). Overall, a very happy customer!

We chose Zara because of a recommendation. We are so pleased we did. Our new kitchen is exactly how we envisaged it would be. When we first met with Simon, the extension hadn’t been built. Between agreeing the original design and finally fitting the kitchen, we had to revisit the design several times. During fitting we made a few more small changes. But Simon worked with us to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. The fitters Jack and Matt were both so tidy and showed so much attention to detail. Any issues we had, the team worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. Fantastic service.

The work started as scheduled and Matt who fitted the kitchen was amazing. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard. We are thoroughly delighted with our fantastic new kitchen. From our first time meeting Simon in Zara's Wokingham showroom, we were impressed by his relaxed manner - no pressure selling here (unlike others). He listened to our needs and was super helpful, giving us great advice in selecting from the myriad of choices available. His design was excellent and flexible - giving us just want we wanted. His communication regarding deliveries and installation was good and Zara's installer Matt was simply the best. Matt's calm manner meant any problems were easily solved and the finished installation was beautiful. Supply issues were a common problem at the time - but Simon deftly managed to source replacement items in good time. We cannot recommend Zara highly enough.

Honestly the best customer service we had in a veeery long time. We bought an old house back in 2022 and spent the last year to make it our home, and Simon was probably the only contractor that did not mess anything up along the way! From the beginning he and his lovely wife really listened to us to understand our vision of the kitchen, we went for a sustainably sourced wood and pick out own non-custom colour. We love the fancy turning corner cabinet they suggested and the tap with a boiling water - no more water kettle cleaning :D Their fitter Matt is fantastic, precise, punctual and super tidy. The whole experience was so great, we even asked Simon to fit a small kitchenette to my mum's annex and again, a fab job for a fair price. We were not an easy customer but Simon did everything right to make sure we will be his returning customer for years to come! He communicated clearly and regularly, and was flexible when we had to change a thing or two along the way. Some pics of our old kitchen, new kitchen as well as kitchenette. If you are town, make sue you visit Zara kitchen, they will not disappoint :)

I had kitchen worktop, sink and hob, and glass upstands/splashback replaced. Simon, Matt and all the contractors were excellent and did a very professional job. I am very pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend Zara Kitchen Design without hesitation.

They supplied a shaker style kitchen for one of my client and went the extra mile to make the entire process stress free and to solve few little issues very quickly and with unmatchable customer service. If anyone is looking for the design of a good quality and well made bespoke kitchen, then we would highly recommend contacting Simon & Rubina at Zara Kitchens. We found both of them very helpful, knowledgeable & professional in there approach in helping us with supplying and fitting our new kitchen. Their team of fitters, electricians, plumbers plasters were all very friendly, punctual, and carried out high quality work with the minimum of disruption. A good job, well done.

The kitchen refurbishment that was carried out by Zara Kitchen Design was completed to the highest standard. The units and appliances chosen were of high quality.
