Founded in 1984 by Judy Wilfong and still locally owned and operated. All window treatments and bedding are custom made in the USA. We also offer reupholstery, color consultation and design consultation. As an interior design firm in the Winchester Virginia area we offer a full array of custom window coverings from draperies, curtains, roman shades, natural shades, blinds, shutters, cornices, insulated drapes, and swags and more. We also offer custom bedding and upholstery. We work with you in the comfort of your home and or office. Both residential and commercial work is welcomed. From designing and measuring to installation we do it all and strive for perfection each and every time. We are extremely service oriented. All sales are conducted in the comfort of your home or office. Our philosophy is that colors and patterns must be viewed in the lighting and room in which they are to be used in order to attain superior results.

Judy was very professional and extremely thorough. She helped me find the right blinds and other treatments for three different unique spaces. I appreciated her willingness to tailor the selections.

Judy was a very knowledgeable person who really took an interest in what the client's wants and needs were. She had a van full of samples and worked with us until we were happy with our selections. Once the window treatments arrived and were hung, Judy made a special trip out to the house to make sure that the window treatments were exactly what the client ordered and that there were no issues with them. I would highly recommend Windows & Walls for anyone needing help with window treatments!

I have worked with Judy Wilfong for about a year on multiple projects. I have found her to be professional, responsive, and knowledgable. She delivers on time and within budget. Equally important to me is the more personal relationship that has developed. She has, so to speak, "gotten into my head." She understands my comfort zone and helps me push those boundaries a bit. The outcome is a wonderful mix that includes a bit of the unexpected. And I love it. I have looked through her portfolio and the more formal designs she presents are lovely. Our home is less formal yet equally lovely, due in large part to Judy's efforts. I highly recommend her - she is a pleasure to work with.
