White Glove Construction is a general contracting company located out of Orange County in Fullerton California. Over the last 9 years, we have developed into a premier contracting firm which is fully staffed for nearly all the trades seen in construction and specifically with regards to remodeling. We have worked tirelessly with some big box brand companies and property management & HOA’s in addition to our own projects doing second stories, whole home remodels and renovations. Scott the GC is completely dedicated to providing all our customers big and small the service that they deserve through dedication, honesty, and commitment. In addition to the tradesmen that we employ who are all background checked and drug tested White Glove also has a staff of coordinators whose sole purpose is to manage the projects and spend time communicating with the customers with regards to their projects on a daily basis. We feel the connection with the customer is multimodal and isn’t just developed through the physical work but as well through communication and interest on their projects or jobs. We can promise you that the difference in working with us versus other companies is clear and once you start with us you’ll quickly see why! This is how white glove construction left my house upon his termination few weeks ago that he signed a contract to finish on 1.30.2021: No roof ; got paid for in June 2020 No fire sprinklers; got paid in July 2020 No rough plumbing or rough electrical finished; was paid in August 2020 Built wrong measurements wall for master bathroom and will have to relocate wall to fit a 72" vanity Built wrong measurements wall for pantry and will have to cut walls by 10" You may ask why did we give him all the payments and no work finished? We trusted him and the owner Scott and CEO Steve were the master manipulators of excuses, promises and prevarications Probably he can remodel bathrooms well according to the reviews

This is a long over-due review. White Glove did a great job remodeling a 1970s interior to a modern home. What I would recommend most is their flexibility and craftsmanship. They patiently accommodated all my detailed requests from the particular tiling in the bathrooms to the fireplace design, as well as working with the schedules of other vendors I hired for roofing and cabinets. Steve is a real gentleman who calmly handles all issues. Scott knows all things construction and trains a great crew. Under his directions, Angel worked in all aspects of my house with great talent and problem solving skills. He is a real gem in person and in craftsmanship. George is the painter who did an impeccable job. The process wasn't always smooth with pandemic material shortages and delays, but we worked through. It's been 18 months since I moved in and I'm still so grateful for all the hard work done by Angel and George and the crew.

I entered into a contract with this company in April 2020 for a total remodel/expansion of a Fullerton home. White Glove was supposed to built and finish the house by end of January 2021. Today, 16 months later, this company has not finished half of the house; NO roof yet, NO rough electrical, NO finished framing when in fact this company has received already payments to finish these tasks. The owner Scott has blamed every one in the team for the delay except himself. He has the audacity to ask for more money before he finishes the work he has been paid for. He also did not pay his bills with a lumber company which has put a lien on our home. The quality of his work is not assessed yet. I will write more reviews on this company with more details. If you are contemplating of hiring this company soon, please ask about the whole house construction in Fullerton and please visit the construction site soon to see for yourself.

We used White Glove Construction to remodel both of our bathrooms. We are extremely happy with the results. Matt oversaw the entire project and he addressed every concern that came up in a timely and courteous manner. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every detail, including replacing cabinets/countertops with minor cosmetic flaws and even giving us a redo on the paint job when we changed our mind on a color. I was really impressed with their tile work; our house is 50 years old so the walls are not square, but they were able to make everything align and look great. Lowe’s put us in touch with Matt, and when Lowe’s later suddenly quit the remodeling business in the middle of the job we felt very lucky to have Matt as a contractor we can trust and who finished the job with outstanding quality. We would definitely recommend White Glove Construction.

White Glove performed an absolutely amazing transformation of my kitchen! The kitchen was completely gutted, and remodeled. Their exquisite craftsmanship and perfectionism is exhibited in the entire kitchen. The tile work is outstanding. They patiently worked with me through the entire process, ensuring everything was done to my liking. Their workers were always on time, courteous and professional and they always cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. I can't say enough good things about White Glove Construction! White Glove was the contractor for my kitchen remodel and I would hire them again. Everyone that came into my house was professional and experienced. The work progressed on schedule and all my questions and concerns were taken seriously. So much of the job was tile work and I am sure they have the best tile man in the business. Just an outstanding team!

White Glove did excellent work on my last house and my current house. Scott, Steve, and Matt are some of the most professional contractors I have used. Of my past 2 projects, one was smooth, and the other had some hiccups. The cabinet company delivered a couple cabinets with dings, but White Glove adjusted their schedule and accommodated the delay. The team did great work and I recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers. Thanks guys, all the best, and if I end up getting another house, I will reach back out.

We had our master bathroom remodeled and are in process of having some remodeling done in our kitchen and guest bedroom. Matt and his crew are very professional, timely and do a great job and clean up when done. Would highly recommend White Glove Construction.

We were extremely pleased with the overall job White Glove Construction did on our complete bathroom remodel. Our project manager Matt Plienes was especially professional and very helpful throughout the project. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything met our schedule and expectations. In addition, all of White Glove’s workers were pleasent, professional, on-time, performed high quality work, and cleaned up their work area after each day. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would certainly consider White Glove as a contractor for future projects.

White Glove Construction worked in conjunction with Lowes and completely reworked the interior of our home. Kitchen, Cabinets, Bathrooms, Paint, Carpets, Tile Flooring, Back Splash, Fireplace Tile, Shower Door, Demo'd Tub and Tiled new Shower. This work was done in a timely manner, true to schedule, with the finest craftsmen and supervisors. I highly recommend White Glove Construction.
