Its all starts with our design team and an in home visit to discuss what the dream is for your kitchen, bathroom, addition, exterior or interior refresh. Fixtures and finishes are hand picked and the budget is constructed. When the project begins a dedicated highly trained Project Manager is assigned to you with his team of a lead carpenter, senior and helper. The project manager runs the schedule, budget and all communication. Fine Home Contracting was foundered in 2012 with the mission to "Reinvent the Remodeling Experience" Now at 28 employees, to included in house carpenters, E1 Electrician, and P1 Plumbers we are quickly become the go to for all building and remodeling needs.

Fine Home Contracting remodeled my kitchen and were extremely professional and accommodating. The updated cabinets look great and the guys kept my house nice and clean throughout the construction process.

My husband and I worked with Fine Home Contracting with Lynn Dubois as our project manager on a kitchen renovation. We couldn't have asked for a more patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional manager in addition to just being a kind and helpful person to work with. Any minor hiccups were addressed promptly and seriously by Lynn who was available beyond expectations and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our kitchen renovation which had some tricky issues but to appliance placement and we love its fresh sparkle and utility! Fine Home Contracting makes sure you are satisfied and works very diligently for that outcome. I highly recommend their services and Lynn's management without hesitation.

I got to know Dave Perrotti (Owner) through several community-based and nonprofit organizations he's involved with. When my wife and I decided to reno our kitchen, Dave was our first call. From first consultation and scheduling to demo and install, Dave and his team were fantastic to work with. Communication and honesty were clearly a priority in their work. As with any job, there were surprises along the way, but Dave and the team navigated them brilliantly.
