Bellago Homes builds one home at a time. We don’t want to be one of the biggest builders, just one of the best. If you are looking for a local builder who is really into providing great detail in a home, then we might just be your fit. After all, we spend most of our waking moments just thinking about how we can make our homes look and feel better! Wayne Funk is the owner of this locally owned, second generation home builder. We currently have 3 Subdivisions in Phoenix with model homes open daily from 1-6pm weekdays, Saturdays 10-6pm. Our communities have some of the best architecture in the valley. Our subdivisions range from 1300 sq.ft. livable up to just over 2000 sq.ft. We know the importance of starting with great designs and just what details are important to make a home truly special!

This has been such a difficult company to work with. Everything about this company is emotionally exhausting. Their customer service is horrible. HORRIBLE. The time it takes them to build a home is unreal. It will take 12+ months to complete a 1700 sq. foot home, I was originally told 6-8 months. They show no sympathy. I can't get in touch with anyone who will really help me. It's excuse after excuse. I have nothing good to say about this company. Nothing but a negative experience. It's simply been exhausting.

Almost a year to completion of a 1750 sqft home and this is how it looks two weeks before walk thru!!! Bellago homes has been the worst home builder I have ever dealt with as far as timelines and workmanship as a real estate agent or as a buyer for my family! Move in was supposed to be in October. Ground was broken in April then it was changed to by Christmas and now it’s supposed to be a walkthrough in two weeks with a close date of Jan 3-5th. Let’s see if this actually happens! Of course I am not the only one! I have been quiet and not complained up to this point publicly but this has gotten ridiculous! First trip to the office last January 2019 and paperwork signed beginning of February. Now scheduled to be completed in January of 2020. Unacceptable! Kids are running the show!

We’ve had significant issues with our builder Bellago Homes! We had our walk-thru Wednesday (7 days before closing!) and the house is still severely INCOMPLETE! No gas, missing mirrors, shower glass, damaged floorboards, concrete imperfections, non-working appliances, the list goes on and on....and now our sales rep (Teresa Paterson) is refusing to send a Bellago Homes Rep to conduct a final walk-thru with us before closing...is this normal business...or just a poorly ran builder? So odd, the owner Wayne Funk promised us we would be fully happy with our fully completed home...what a shame! Nightmare build! #MarleyPark

Wayne Funk and Bellago Homes did an excellent job building our custom home. Wayne impressed me by being so responsive to our concerns. Wayne has built MANY custom homes and has vast experience. He is also very creative and was always able to offer us great ideas about the design elements of our home's construction. His follow-through was outstanding, and there were none of those unwanted budget "surprises" through the entire construction process. I would highly recommend Wayne Funk and Bellago homes to anyone planning to build a custom home.

I've worked alongside of Wayne Funk of Bellago Homes for the last two years. Being a family owned and operated business, Wayne has the ability to customize production level homes to a level not customary at these price points- NO JOKE - these are the prettiest homes around for the price! He's incorporated design elements normally reserved for Luxury Custom homes like chinqued roof tiles and barn doors for the bathrooms not to mention his abundant use of Cantera Stone and wrought iron detail work.... Not to mention they're affordable and he even allows Buyers to earn their down payment by painting the interior of their homes... Wayne at Bellago homes helped us do a very big remodel of my home. The project was a very big undertaking and Wayne helped line up competent contractors who did great work. When small jobs needed to be done quickly Wayne jumped right in and finished them himself. My wife and I appreciate Bellago bringing our dream to reality.
