Treefrog Design

We worked with United Seattle LLC on a renovation project in our home in Everett WA. Their communication was excellent with their on-line software program that provided detail of products selected as well as timeline of scheduled events. From our initial meetings on design through to the very end, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and work! Highly recommend them on small and large projects!!

I have worked with Kristine since 2013. She has an eye for details to make her designs flow with the house, providing warmth and comfort of design. She has a great eye for detail, and is a perfectionist in design and customer service/.

I am the owner of Whidbey South Woodworks and have had the privilege of working with Kristine on several amazing projects. She is great to work with and has an impressive knowledge base when it comes to carpentry which makes my job easier. Shes got a great eye for detail and her designs are cutting edge. When we hired Tree Frog Design to remodel our kitchen, we had absolutely no clue about remodeling. Kristine was exactly the person we needed. She helped us through the process and was there for us all the way through. Her designs were exactly what we needed and so accurate that our contractor was thrilled to have everything measured and ordered correctly, It made his job that much easier. Kristine's experience was so helpful. She was always 2 steps ahead and on top of everything. We can't thank her enough!

Being new to the area, I was feeling truly overwhelmed and “stuck” on how to go about the remodel of my kitchen. I had a contractor lined up (no easy feat), but was having difficulty coming up with a design that worked for me, even after talking to a few designers. Their ideas just didn’t feel right and it wasn’t until I found Kristine that things started moving forward and I ended up with a kitchen that makes me VERY happy. Kristine was incredibly generous with her time and truly listened to and heard what I wanted. Once she was clear on that, I got that it was her sole goal for me to end up with a kitchen that I loved. She was available every step of the way, helping me to choose appliances, cabinets, counter tops, back splash and even cabinet hardware. Kristine worked well with my contractor, was open to my suggestions, encouraged me to communicate what I wanted, and was in it with me for the long haul to completion. I absolutely love my new kitchen and will not think twice about either referring Kristine to friends or hiring her again for any future bathroom remodeling projects.

Kristine did an absolutely beautiful job with my bathroom remodel. She guided me through the entire process, providing both practical and artistic advice. She took care of all the many details that go with a remodel. Her team of workers were top notch, courteous, and did an excellent job. For a seamless remodel I would highly recommend Kristine.

Since 2009 I have I have hired Kristine Tyler of Tree Frog Design to do several remodeling projects, and have been incredibly pleased with the results every time. She took an early ‘70s master bathroom that was cramped and dark, and turned it into an open, light, and gorgeous space. Originally dark wood divided it into a short hallway, a narrow counter area, and a separate water closet. She turned it into a single room with glass-enclosed shower, plenty of floor space, both natural and electric lighting (including a gorgeous crystal pendant lamp), and amazing accent tiles painted with early balloons. She helped us select both cabinets and countertop. Our guest bathroom was not changed structurally, but now is thoroughly updated and vastly improved. The floor is a classic black and white checkerboard, the bath area done in handmade, light blue-gray tiles, with sculpted accent tiles in the form of sea creatures both in the bath and along the countertop. She did color consultation on the entire house, replacing white walls with a cheerful light yellow, and the cheap, dark, hollow doors with attractive three-panel solid models in white. She consulted on flooring, and handled the design of built-in bookcases that get oohs and ahhs from our visitors (as well as being functional). In addition to working with us on the design, she worked directly with the contractors and this helped the process work more smoothly than in previous projects. Kristine seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. Not only was she able to develop a design for a difficult remodel on a kitchen and bathroom space she was to work very well with the contractor. I was pleased with the results. She devoted a lot of time to the completion of the project as well as being very thorough.

Kristine was very helpful in helping me design my new kitchen. She was very thorough and listened closely to my needs. She was very knowledgeable in the different styles of cabinets. She met me at the tile store and was creative in helping me choose a custom backsplash tile. She was always working for me and finding the best product at the best price. She designed my sister Kathy's beach house - new bathroom and kitchen. My sister recommended Kristine and I found her help to be very valuable. Kathy was very pleased with Kristine's work.
