In-ex-teriors

Recently had our ensuite renovated by in-exteriors. They were very respectful, tentative and communicated during no every aspect of the reno. They were very receptive to some concerns and made sure they were addressed to our satisfaction. The end product was the ensuite of our dreams!

Tracy was able to work out a meaningful solution to our combined budget limitations vs. what we needed to have done and what we wanted to have done in our new (>100 year-old) house. Not only that but she was then able to come up with workable solutions and then take charge of overseeing the various contractors that were selected (mainly on her recommendation) such that the work could progress according to our time frames. We were pleased with all of the work that was done and all of the contractors used and are delighted with our now beautiful kitchen and bedroom.

When I met with Tracy we discussed what I wanted to change in my home as well as the limited budget I had. Tracy performed a mini miracle ! She helped take me "out of my comfort zine' ( as I'd hoped) and gave me a home reflective of me .Initially I wanted to paint the wooden staircase in the entry which would have been over my budget. Her use of colour helped create a foyer that is now the focal point on entry ; the colour also enhances the wooden staircase My galley kitchen felt dark and I thought my only recourse was to paint the cupboards. With Tracy's guidance, we decided that changing the counter tops and backsplash could create the bright ( and beautiful) kitchen I wanted,while keeping within my budget. She helped to reconfigure a room to make it multipurpose and had it painted a colour that makes me smile. The powder room used to have a cavernous feel to it and she convinced me to have a wall painted a dark brown which made all the difference. Tracy and her associate sourced the kitchen products for me to choose from at home. The contractors she hired for painting, tiling, quartz countertop installation were all professional and punctual. Tracy really listened to me and worked with me to create a home I'm proud of with colours I love- on budget and on time. I have nothing but praise for her and highly recommend her. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Tracy was respectful, honest, resourceful, and had very practical design ideas for our home and our kitchen. She had options for us to consider and her design ideas transformed our kitchen space to suit our needs. Tracy was involved in as much or as little as we needed to meet our budget with this project completion. Her communication with us was excellent and she was always available during the construction stage of our kitchen.

Cabinets and colours and carpets - oh my! Where do you start? From planning to completion, the experience and expertise in-exteriors brought to our whole home renovation was invaluable. Trades (electrician, tiling, painting, etc.) secured by in-exteriors were skilled, clean and respectful. Our project came in on time and on budget and we are thrilled with the results. Tracy has a great eye for design and colour. There are so many decisions to be made when renovating and Tracy has the contacts and suppliers to make those choices easily and within budget. We love our new bathroom, the second she has done for us.
