The Hot Tub People

Called on the 11th of October my hot tub which I purchased from them not working. Called again on the 24th of October reached "sales" before I could explain completely the man transfered me to service again left message as of today 31 October have not heard from anyone. On the 26th of October called St Lawrence Pools belleville spoke to them and date for servicing arranged. I bought the hot tub from "Hot tub People" always purchased all chemicals etc for approx 7 years will near se foot in their store again.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Carson the sales man was very helpful and went above and beyond to get my family the perfect hot tub well deserved 10 out of 5 star in my books. Highly recommend if your looking to buy a new hot tub. Thank you Carson and the crew at The Hot tub People.

Our hot tub quit working a couple days ago. Called in and spoke with Lindsay Kemp. She was very pleasant and informative walk me through a number of steps to see if we could rectify the situation immediately. Determine we needed a service call squeezed us in early as we are hosting a birthday party for my five-year-old grandson coming up soon. Thank you so much Lindsay
