Cranmer's Kitchens by Design

We engaged Cranmers to do a large kitchen, hallway and powder room remodel, and we could not be more enthusiastic about the entire experience. This is not our first time renovating a kitchen, and the first time (different state, different company) was a nightmare, so we approached this project with trepidation. But we needn't have worried. Kristen was a delight to work with on the design, always calm and positive and full of great ideas, and she has great relationships with all the local vendors for appliances, floors etc which really helped. Tom led the whole project and the crew, and was also amazing to work with, popping in frequently to direct the work, troubleshoot unexpected issues which always come up, and connect with us. There was never a single day when at least one and usually multiple people were working on the house at one time, so we felt a real sense of forward progress and things getting done, and we understood the difference stages of the project and how the work was progressing. All of the Cranmer's crew and the subs were cheerful, friendly and hardworking, did really high quality work, and finished the project on time. We love the transformation and enjoy our beautiful new kitchen every day. Could not be happier!

Cranmer's just completed an full renovation of our kitchen and beverage center. We worked with Tad and selected partners of Cranmer's to plan the project and make decisions on many of the details involved in a renovation like this. We started planning in October 2021 and the work at our home started in mid July. Leaving enough time for planning and decisions was critical to the success of the project. The Cranmer's team consisted of Tom, a truly outstanding project manager with excellent knowledge and is always on top of the details. Also part of the team is Dean, Paul Jay and Aden among others. They worked well together and were extremely clean and always respectful of our home making every attempt to keep the project moving quickly with the least disruption to our daily life. Overall the transformation occurred just as we had planned and the communication throughout the project was excellent. We ran into a few minor surprises but were able to navigate through the items while keeping to the overall design. I highly recommend Cranmer's and will be using them for future projects.

An absolute wonderful company to work with from the designs to the actual construction and the finished work. I am so happy with how the process worked and how the project turned out. The job turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier! They were on time, cleaned up everyday, protected other areas and kept you updated. They worked with me to figure out ways to get the things I wished for. Tad and his team are the best! I highly recommend them!!!

Cranmer's Kitchens renovated my children's (now grown) bathroom. Cranmer's showroom is beautiful and I found Tad extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the cabinetry, floor, and counter top. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job each day in cleaning up; they were all very considerate and unobtrusive. As can happen with any renovation project, things don't always go as planned and a stone countertop was fabricated in a different shade than the sample, I was impressed in how professionally this was handled. Pleasing the customer is absolutely their motto. Our bathroom is both sophisticated and practical and we have Cranmer's to thank for their guidance, great sense of design and very skilled workers who brought it all together. We will definitely use them for future projects and I would highly recommend them.

Cranmer's did my kitchen renovation. I had a vision in mind, but after consulting and speaking with Tad, my designer, and him showing me all the options available, of which I was unaware, I completely changed my mind. I love my new kitchen, it is truly soothing, if that makes sense. It makes me happy, I enjoy just walking into the kitchen. Tom, the project manager, was so easy to work with, answered all my questions, refused delivery on the kitchen hood since it was dented and was always on time. The men who did the actual work were also on time, so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionists - which really impressed me. One of them custom designed a heater grate cover for us! The project was completed earlier than anticipated! One of our doors wasn't working properly a few months after the work was completed, I made one phone call and it was fixed the next day. We had a wonderful experience working with Cranmer's and the end result is beautiful.

We’ve done a few renovations over the years and working with Tad, Tom and Cranmer’s has been the best contracting experience we’ve ever had. Our kitchen remodel went quickly and smoothly with an incredibly professional crew. There were quite a few challenges to solve along the way, and in every case the Cranmer’s team found a way to address while keeping the final product to our vision. Having Tom (project manager) on site every day also helped to keep communications solid so questions either of us had were answered in real time avoided any rework. Lastly, given the mess a project like this can produce, we were amazed at how clean the site was. The rest of our home was barely impacted and the crew cleaned up the site every day at the completion of work. We’ll definitely be doing additional work with Cranmer’s in the future and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
